Cenforce 200 is the brand name of sildenafil citrate, a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) but sometimes pulmonary arterial hypertension. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra, one of the most well-known drugs for erectile dysfunction. It works by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which in turn allows blood vessels to dilate and increase blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection in response to sexual stimulation.
